Deposit & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable if minimum 48 hours’ notice is given. Please note that due to availability, rescheduling appointments may have to be in the following month or two. Deposits are non-refundable if you decide to not reschedule your appointment.
If you do not arrange a rescheduled appointment within one week of giving notice, then you will lose your deposit.
We reserve the right to refuse a service to anyone we think is unsuitable for any procedure, or for any other reason.
If you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged £20. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your booking if you exceed the 15-minute timeframe.
If you miss an appointment and want to reschedule, full payment will be requested upon rebooking.
Allergies to metals i.e. Nickel (ear piercings), or if on mediation which causes blood thinning, must be disclosed upon booking. Semi-Permanent tattooing is not suitable for pregnant or breast feeding clients.
All brow treatments require a 5-7 week top up after your initial appointment.
You can book in for your initial treatment and top up via our online booking system, which can be accessed HERE.
If you fail to show up for your top up, or give less than 42 hours’ notice, then you will be charged £90 for rescheduling it.
If you are going on holiday during this period, please let us know so we can arrange an appropriate to up date. However, it is advised to book your treatment two months before any holidays, or 2/3 weeks after your holiday, as the sun will affect the healing process and cause them to fade.

Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable if minimum 72 hours’ notice is given. This is because we purchase your course kit upon receiving your deposit to secure your booking and deposits reflect the cost we incur for the kits. If you do not arrange a rescheduled course date within one week of giving notice, then you will lose your deposit.
You must arrange your own model/s for the course. We recommend to ask a friend or family member to be a model so you can track the progress and results of your work. If you cannot arrange your own model, then we can book on for you – this will incur an additional £50 fee (not applicable for Lash Courses) for insurance purposes.
Please make sure to ask your model about allergies:
- Microblading and/or Digital Machine Courses: Ask your model if they have any allergies to metals i.e. nickel. You model must also not have any previous Brow Semi-Permanent makeup.
- Lash Courses: Ask your model if they have any allergies to lash adhesives/glues.
If they do, please message us asap and we can advise on the best way to proceed – please note that it may mean you cannot use your chosen person as a model.
All of our courses require case studies to be completed and assessed by your course instructor. The number of case studies to be completed are detailed in your course confirmation email.
Case studies must be carried out on friends or family members, as you cannot book your own clients until you have successfully completed the course and received your Certificate of Completion.
Photographs of case studies must be clear:
- Microblading and/or Digital Machine Courses: Before treatment and After treatment photos must be taken. One head on photo so we can view the symmetry of both brows (before and after photos) and one close up photo of the brow so we have a detailed view of your technique.
You will not be able to pass your course without sending your case studies to your instructor and receiving their approval.
